Hi, I’m Belinda Munsell.
Belinda Munsell holds a BFA from The Goodman School of Drama (now the Theater School of DePaul University) and an MFA from New York University’s Graduate Acting Program. Before relocating to Houston, TX, she lived and worked in NYC, appearing in theater, television, and commercials.
Taking a break from acting to raise a family, Belinda is excited to reclaim her voice and return to her first love: performing original material. Belinda’s pieces explore themes of community, connection, motherhood, family, and navigating the world as an older woman.
Proud AEA and SAG-AFTRA member for over 40 years.

Belinda’s Artistic Statement
I want to create theater that amplifies the voices and experiences of women who are often overlooked, bringing their unique perspectives to the forefront of the stage. My original work explores motherhood, family, loss, and identity, with a particular focus on the lived experiences of older women. My training enables me to blend rigorous craft with improvisation and autobiographical performance. I invite my audiences into honest conversations, offering stories that are raw, compassionate, and deeply human.
